With 93 years of history, the Brazilian brand had the challenge of translating its purpose: ... to create unique emotions from the incomparable taste of its chocolate to a unique online shopping experience that brings its more than 160 franchisees to participate in the digital journey, respecting the world of indulgence that drives its business.

Consulting
Project managers were able to count on the support of an Avanti specialist in the most important decision-making process during the entire planning and integration process with the company's other legacy systems. UX Planning
A study of the entire shopping experience was jointly conducted by the Avanti and Kopenhagen teams.The differentials that added value to the brand's user were translated to the online environment using the best functionalities available in VTEX technology, chosen for the project.

Layout
Capturing the "feeling" of indulgence and translating it into visual pieces for the website was the biggest challenge for Avanti's art and webdesign team to build each step and each page of Kopenhagen's new online store. The result was a fluid digital commerce site that favors the display of the brand's products.

VTEX implementation
VTEX technology brought a series of fundamental features and functionalities so that the entire shopping experience was unique and represented the brand's values, while guiding the customer through a frictionless purchase and payment process that continued to be received or picked up at Kopenhagen physical stores.
